Make an Impact at our Downtown Location

Impact Hub Boulder has three conference rooms accommodate between eight and 14 people, and come with audio-visual equipment, whiteboards and more. The rooms are available for a wide variety of meetings to members and the general public, and may be reserved by following the link below.

Space is available for rent for events ranging  from large social gatherings (approx.200 people), to theater-style seating (up to approx. 125 people), to medium and small workshop settings.

Payment must be received at the time you make your reservation. Cancellations made within 7 days of your reservation will not be refunded.

Impact Hub Boulder’s event space is in high demand and reservations should be made 45 days in advance. Please complete the brief form below to connect with our events manager for an initial quote and to determine date availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

We welcome any and all businesses in need of space to meet. Our conference rooms are perfect for organizations that need a productive setting for in-person conferences, Skype meeting, brainstorming session, or a board meeting. You do not need to be an Impact Hub member to utilize our rooms.

Yes. Every conference room is equipped with a whiteboard, erasers, and ample supply of colorful markers.

Every conference room is equipped with Apple TV, HDMI, and VGA connections (including adaptors) to connect between your laptop and our wall-mounted, large flat screen monitors. If you need a high quality conference phone (Polycom), we can provide one upon request. Wi-fi internet access is included as well.

Our space is your space. All of the amenities included in a membership are available for our conference room guests including Ozo coffee, Tea Spot loose leaf tea, Bahkti Chai sparkling teas. Your conference guests will be greeted by our friendly hosts near our entrance and directed to your reserved conference room.
