Make an Impact in Boulder
Impact Hub has long supported Boulder’s changemaker community and now we’re taking it to the next level! The Communities for Change Program is a social impact incubator built to help motivated people like yourself make a meaningful impact in Boulder and beyond. In partnership with MIT’s Presencing Institute and 5 other Hubs around the world, we’re convening community members from different sectors and walks of life to co-create market and community-based solutions to one of our town’s key challenges: Climate Change. By leveraging our unique combination of place, people and programs and offering participants and Hub members ongoing support (prototyping, pitch coaching, mentorship, accountability groups) we aim to mobilize the Boulder community to meet our city’s climate goals and serve as a model for other cities around the world.
Will you join in our effort to transform Boulder from the inside out?
The Communities for Change Program brings leaders from diverse and disconnected sectors together to learn how to create solutions to Boulder’s climate mitigation and adaptation challenges. Participants will be transformed personally, equipped with a plethora of cutting edge tools, methods, and the mindset to effectively impact business, society, and self. Throughout the program they will learn to prototype and test their business, nonprofit, or policy project with customers and community members over and over to ensure that it will positively benefit Boulder as a whole. They will form strong bonds between sectors and will benefit from the guidance of a mentor network of experts to not only further their career, but further their life’s mission.
